The differences between this patch and the first two patchs is the name of the reservation which hosts both Camp Cherokee and Camp Meisenbach. Both the first and second patches had CIRCLE TEN SCOUT RESERVATION. In the 70s this was changed to CLEMENTS SCOUT RESERVATION. The background color did not scan correctly.
